## What to invite

- Most users should invite **PLANA** first.
- Invite **both PLANA and ARONA** only if you need LLM debate / cross_check in the same server.
- TTS, image generation, earthquake/Twitch notifications, game trackers, Link Fix, and media download are **PLANA-only**. ARONA redirects users to PLANA for those.

## Common answers

- If the bot is offline: often the operator’s PC is updating unnoticed — wait a while, then retry. Contact support only if it stays offline long.
- If something does not work: check Discord channel/bot **permissions** first, or re-invite with the official invite link.
- If AI says tool processing was too complex: it hit the search/tool round-trip limit; current builds try a final answer from results already gathered. See troubleshooting.html.
- Prefer in-server `/help` for the latest command list over static docs.
