1. サービス 1. Service

本サービスは、運営者が無償で提供する Discord ボット「MOMOKA」（アプリケーション名 PLANA および ARONA）です。機能には AI チャット、音楽、読み上げ、通知、各種ユーティリティ等が含まれますが、予告なく追加・変更・終了することがあります。

The Service is the free Discord bot project “MOMOKA” (applications PLANA and ARONA). Features may include AI chat, music, TTS, notifications, and utilities, and may change or end without notice.

2. 利用資格 2. Eligibility

Discord の利用規約・コミュニティガイドラインを遵守できる方に限ります。年齢その他の要件は Discord の定めに従います。

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Age and other requirements follow Discord’s rules.

3. 禁止事項 3. Prohibited conduct

法令に違反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
Illegal activity, or conduct likely to be illegal
他者への嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷、差別、脅迫
Harassment, defamation, discrimination, or threats
スパム、過度な負荷、ボットやインフラへの攻撃・不正アクセス
Spam, excessive load, attacks on or unauthorized access to the bot or infrastructure

4. NSFW コンテンツ 4. NSFW content

成人向け機能は Discord の NSFW チャンネル規則に従ってください。運営は、不適切な利用に対して機能制限等の措置を取ることがあります。

Adult features must follow Discord’s NSFW channel rules. The operator may restrict features for misuse.

5. 可用性・無保証 5. Availability — no warranty

本サービスはベストエフォートで提供されます。稼働・精度・特定目的適合性について一切保証しません。開発者の PC 環境や外部 API の都合により、予告なく停止・遅延することがあります。

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis, without warranties of uptime, accuracy, or fitness. It may stop or slow without notice due to the operator’s environment or third-party APIs.

6. 権限とメッセージ内容 6. Permissions and message content

機能提供のため、ボットは招待時に付与された権限の範囲で動作し、メッセージ内容へのアクセス（Message Content Intent）を必要とします。権限が不足していると正しく動作しません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

The bot operates within granted permissions and requires Message Content Intent. Missing permissions break features. See the Privacy Policy.

7. 第三者サービス 7. Third-party services

AI プロバイダ、音楽・動画配信、検索、ゲーム API、Link Fix プロキシ等の第三者サービスを利用します。それら各社の規約にも従う必要があります。第三者の障害・ポリシー変更について運営は責任を負いません。

Features use third parties (AI providers, media platforms, search, game APIs, Link Fix proxies, etc.). Their terms also apply. The operator is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

8. 運営の措置 8. Enforcement

本規約違反やサービス維持に支障がある場合、警告、機能制限、サーバーからの退出、その他必要な措置を行うことがあります。

For violations or to protect the Service, the operator may warn, restrict features, leave a server, or take other necessary action.

10. 準拠法・言語 10. Governing language

本規約の解釈は日本語を優先します。準拠法は日本法とします（強行法規に反しない範囲）。

Japanese takes priority for interpretation. Japanese law applies to the extent permitted.

11. 改定 11. Changes

本規約は本サイトへの掲載をもって効力を生じ、改定時も同様とします。重要な変更は合理的な方法で周知するよう努めます。

These Terms take effect when posted on this site; updates likewise. We will try to announce material changes in a reasonable way.
